The glorybound Quartet is a Southern Gospel, four part harmony quartet. glorybound was originally an all male quartet formed in December 2000 to sing at a concert to benefit underprivileged children in the area.
Since the initial formation of glorybound, few changes have taken place. But in April 2011, God himself hand-picked each new member and orchestrated a new sound to spread His word. The new lineup consists of founder, Robert “Bob” Reece, singing bass, Aaron Hodges singing baritone, Brian Rittenberry singing lead, and Alison Everill singing tenor. When you coalesce passion, love, and the yearning to be in God’s will, the end result is a spiritually driven rich vocal harmony, a soul stirring blend of music and talent that is sure to forge a spot in the hearts of all who hear.
glorybound was honored to have the #1 Most Requested Song of 2009 on WLJA 101.1FM
with “Just A Place to Spend the Night.”
“God is our Executive Producer” says Bob. All of glorybound are in agreement that above all else, their calling is to minister to the lost and to magnify the name of Jesus Christ and contribute to needy children in the area as well as an orphanage high in the Andes Mountains of Peru. In song and in testimony, glorybound will continue to travel and minister and share their love of Christ.
glorybound ministers not only to their hometown, but in all of the Southern United States.
